Insight Print Communication has recently installed a mid-volume HP Latex 3200 at S Media Solution, Chennai. The HP Latex 3200 is a 3.2-meter roll-to-roll machine with seven inks cartridges cyan, magenta, light cyan, light magenta, yellow, black, optimizer. Saravanan speaks about the qualities of HP Latex 3200 printer

“For print service providers, investing in cleaner, greener technology can help win new business while transitioning to the new normal. HP Latex printers and water-based HP Latex inks have transformed our offerings, both in terms of what we can offer to our customers and our workspaces,” said Saravanan

“We did a detailed study of various options in the market and found HP Latex 3200 gives us the most competitive advantages. Our relationship with Insight and their service support gave us more confidence to go ahead with our decision. “Saravanan added.

HP Latex 3200 can also print two rolls simultaneously with double side blockout and double side backlit options. Optional ink collector kit enables PSPs to print on porous media such as textile and mesh. Automatic maintenance makes life easy and saves time and money as no daily printhead maintenance is needed.

HP Dynamic Swath Alignment OMAS technology suppresses banding; gives smooth transitions and sharp image quality. In addition, it reduces media wastage with HP Latex media saver up to 1 linear meter.

This printer gives versatility to PSPs to produce a range of diverse applications. In addition, HP Print Beat, Printer Status Beacon, and HP Latex Mobile allow PSPs to track the printing record off the site,” said Ajay Aggarwal, MD & CEO of Insight Print Communication.

George, Director at Insight Print Communication, said, “HP Latex 3200 gives high-quality latex printing at higher speed width up to 3.2 meters. Gradually all the brands are moving to sustainable solutions; Latex being the greenest platform helps print service providers to meet the demand by corporates.”

The Covid-19 pandemic led to the country-wide lockdown on 25 March 2020. It will be two years tomorrow as I write this. What have we learned in this time? Maybe the meaning of resilience since small companies like us have had to rely on our resources and the forbearance of our employees as we have struggled to produce our trade platforms.

The print and packaging industries have been fortunate, although the commercial printing industry is still to recover. We have learned more about the digital transformation that affects commercial printing and packaging. Ultimately digital will help print grow in a country where we are still far behind in our paper and print consumption and where digital is a leapfrog technology that will only increase the demand for print in the foreseeable future.

Web analytics show that we now have readership in North America and Europe amongst the 90 countries where our five platforms reach. Our traffic which more than doubled in 2020, has at times gone up by another 50% in 2021. And advertising which had fallen to pieces in 2020 and 2021, has started its return since January 2022.

As the economy approaches real growth with unevenness and shortages a given, we are looking forward to the PrintPack India exhibition in Greater Noida. We are again appointed to produce the Show Daily on all five days of the show from 26 to 30 May 2022.

It is the right time to support our high-impact reporting and authoritative and technical information with some of the best correspondents in the industry. Readers can power Indian Printer and Publisher’s balanced industry journalism and help sustain us by subscribing.
