The Bharat Print Expo 2026 Roadshow, Mudrapaka Vignana Yaatra and Achchu Payanam, concluded its multi-city journey across Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu from 22 to 31 March, marking a significant step in strengthening industry outreach at the grassroots level. Covering key printing hubs and regional clusters, the initiative served as a dynamic platform for engagement, knowledge exchange, and meaningful dialogue bringing the industry closer while connecting innovation with real-world challenges and opportunities.
The journey commenced in Andhra Pradesh with a launch in Anantapur, witnessing participation from over 400+ printers and setting the tone for what would become a movement rather than just a roadshow. As it progressed through Vijayawada, Guntur, Ongole, Tirupati, and Chittoor, the initiative built strong momentum, driving conversations around technology adoption, business scalability, and the evolving demands of the print ecosystem.
Transitioning into Tamil Nadu through Achchu Payanam, the roadshow expanded its footprint and deepened its impact across a diverse mix of industrial, emerging, and legacy print hubs. From Kanchipuram, Arcot, and Vellore to Ambur, Tirupathur, Krishnagiri, and Salem, the engagement reflected a strong appetite for modernization and collaboration.
As the journey progressed further through Karur, Tirupur, and Coimbatore, the conversations evolved, bringing in institutional participation, industry associations, and a sharper focus on future talent and innovation. Cities including Pollachi, Dindigul, Madurai, and Sivakasi reinforced the industry’s readiness to scale and sustain growth, while the southern stretch, including Kanyakumari, Tuticorin, and Ramanathapuram, highlighted the roadshow’s ability to reach and inspire the print communities.
The roadshow culminated with its final stops at Pattukottai, Trichy, Thanjavur, Chidambaram, Tindivanam, Villupuram, and Chengalpattu, bringing the journey to a meaningful close where discussions had clearly evolved from exploratory conversations to action-driven dialogue reflecting a decisive shift in mindset.
Reflecting on this journey, Tushar Dhote, chairman, Pamex and Bharat Print Expo, shared, “Taking the roadshow across Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu has been a truly insightful experience for us. What stood out was the consistency of engagement and the openness with which printers are looking at change. From emerging hubs to established centres, there is a clear shift towards modernization, collaboration, and future readiness. Bharat Print Expo 2026 will bring all these conversations and aspirations onto one unified platform.”
Adding a regional perspective, Ravindra Babu, coordinator, Andhra Pradesh Offset Printers’ Association, said, “The Mudrapaka Vignana Yaatra has been a very important initiative for our region. It has helped bring valuable industry insights directly to printers at the grassroots level. Across Andhra Pradesh, we have seen strong participation and genuine interest from printers who are keen to upgrade their knowledge and stay aligned with industry developments. This kind of outreach is essential to strengthen the foundation of our printing community.”
Highlighting the impact in Tamil Nadu, P Chandar, former president, Tamil Nadu Printers Association, said, “The Achchu Payanam across Tamil Nadu has clearly reflected the evolving mindset of the printing community. Printers are not only aware of the challenges but are actively looking for ways to adapt, grow, and remain competitive. The engagement across cities, both large and small, shows a strong intent to move forward with the industry and embrace new opportunities.”
What began as a promotional outreach initiative has transformed into a unifying movement, energising the print community across regions and setting the stage for a larger industry convergence. With growing anticipation and a stronger, more connected ecosystem, all roads now lead to Bharat Print Expo 2026 where ideas, innovation, and industry ambition will come together on one powerful platform.
