The company has recently installed a Made in India PixelGlow Lumina—a digital UV print embellishment printer from Monotech Systems.
Over the last 18 years, Vistaar Solutions has been providing highly creative graphic designs and innovatively printed outputs for clients predominantly based in Indore, and some from other parts of Madhya Pradesh.
“With the installation of the PixelGlow Lumina, the first-of-its-kind digital UV print embellishment machine in Indore, we are redefining how our prints can be transformed into brand new looks in vivid colors, textured and embossed surfaces. So far, our clients are impressed and satisfied with the outcomes of PixelGlow Lumina,” says Tushar Bandi, proprietor of Vistaar Solutions.
Designed as a vital solution for high-quality digital embellishments, PixelGlow Lumina delivers stunning results with accuracy and efficiency. It can operate to embellish graphics at the speed of 60 sph (sheets per hour), keeping up with any fast-paced production.
It handles maximum paper sizes up to 14” x 20” for larger and more dynamic prints. When it comes to media versatility, PixelGlow Lumina is compatible with papers of grammages ranging from 130 gsm up to 600 gsm. Ultimately, end results of the graphic prints embellished on this UV print embellishment press are turned out in resolution of 600 x 600 dpi.

Supported by a team of half a dozen skilled and experienced graphic designing and digital print embellishment professionals, Vistaar Solutions has been working for a mixed bag of customers, which largely include a handful of educational institutes. Other key sectors where dwelled many of the company’s customers include the real estate, beauty, oil, FMCG, etc. “In the beauty sector, we create designs of products, such as cosmetic kits, which we now produce with special embellishment effects using the PixelGlow Lumina.”
PixelGlow Lumina is the first machine at Vistaar Solutions from Monotech Systems. “In addition to the machine, we are truly happy with the way the team Monotech Systems helps us to know the technological know-how of the UV print embellishment system, driving our creativity and business to another elevation,” says Tushar, adding they look ahead to adopting more machines, perhaps from Monotech Systems, and scale-up the team and productivity at Vistaar Solutions.
