From 9 to 11 May, visitors at Mimaki’s stand witnessed a lineup of printing equipment, including five printers designed for signage applications, one for industrial printing, and a plotter. Additionally, the booth featured printed samples showcasing Mimaki’s textile printing solutions, highlighting the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality and versatile printing solutions across industries.

One of the highlights was the unveiling of the Mimaki UJV 100-160Plus UV printer, the latest addition to Mimaki’s product portfolio. Naved Nakhwa, assistant manager, emphasized the advanced features of the UJV100-160Plus, “The UJV100-160Plus offers improved work efficiency, reduced running costs, and expanded application possibilities for our customers.”

Among the printers showcased were the JV 330-160, SWJ-320EA, UJF-6042 MKII e, UCJV330-160, and CJV150-160 BS. Each printer offers unique capabilities suited for specific printing requirements, ranging from commercial-grade signage production to industrial printing applications.

Nakhwa highlighted the robust growth of the signage industry across various segments, noting the increasing popularity of UV technology in India due to its versatility in handling different media types. “UV technology is gaining traction in India, with last year witnessing the sale of 50-55 UV printers in South India alone,” he said.
