The 12th edition of In-Store Asia opened on a positive note in Mumbai on 14 March. The event saw an impressive number of visitors on the first day. The three-day expo, being held at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon and organized by Messe Dusseldorf India, is having more than 150 exhibitors from both India and overseas.
The exhibitors at the expo are displaying solutions covering areas such as retail design, in-store display and visual merchandising. More than 7,500 trade visitors are expected to attend. Some of the companies marking their presence are HP, Spectrum, Arrow Digital, Ace, Axiom and Azure Press, among many others.
HP is displaying various applications printed on the recently launched R-Series Latex printer. The company launched the hybrid Latex printer R series at Media Expo 2019, Mumbai which was held last month.
Mumbai-based Spectrum, too, has an impress turnout at In-Store Asia. The company is showcasing various retail display solutions made of corrugated board and plastic. The highlight of the Spectrum stand is a complete train which has been built using corrugated board.
On the evening of 15 March, In-Store Asia will host the eleventh presentation ceremony of the VMRD Awards, India’s only competition for visionaries in retail design and visual merchandising. A total of 60 awards will be presented by an international expert jury in 22 categories – one of these being the ‘Store of the Year’.
