Konica Minolta Business Solutions India showcased its expanding portfolio of Unified Communication solutions at InfoComm India 2026, held from 16–18 September 2026 in Mumbai, under the theme ‘Experience. Engage. Empower.’
Structured around three interactive experience zones — Experience, Engage and Empower — the showcase demonstrated how communication, audio-visual, collaboration and digital workplace technologies can work together to create more connected, intuitive and productive workplace environments.
Taking center stage showcasing the Innex Omni and Innex Connect Pro+, the latest additions to Konica Minolta’s unified communication portfolio.
The Innex Omni is designed as an integrated conferencing solution that brings advanced audio and video capabilities together to enable intelligent and seamless communication across modern meeting environments.
The Innex Connect Pro+ extends this experience through secure wireless conferencing, instant meeting access and high-quality content sharing, enabling users to connect and collaborate with greater flexibility while reducing the complexity traditionally associated with meeting-room technology.
These new additions were showcased alongside the Innex CM55, an all-in-one collaboration solution combining video conferencing, touch interaction, intelligent camera capabilities, audio and interactive collaboration within a single platform. Designed to simplify hybrid meetings, the solution helps organizations reduce technology complexity while creating a more intuitive and engaging meeting experience.
Also on display was IdeaoHub, bringing together interactive collaboration, content sharing and video conferencing, alongside Innex Connect, which enables simplified wireless conferencing and content sharing.
Konica Minolta also demonstrated the Innex C570 and Innex Cube, designed to support high-quality and more inclusive video collaboration through Ai camera and intelligent framing capabilities.
The portfolio was further complemented by the ADAPT and IMPACT series of professional headsets, together with Expand speakerphones, addressing communication requirements across individual workstations, contact centers, huddle spaces and meeting environments.
Together, the portfolio demonstrated how Konica Minolta is moving beyond standalone devices towards a more connected workplace approach — where people, content, communication platforms and meeting technologies come together as one seamless experience.
Katsuhisa Asari, managing director, Konica Minolta Business Solutions India, “The way organizations work, communicate and collaborate is undergoing a fundamental transformation, and technology must evolve in step with these changing expectations. Today, businesses are looking beyond standalone products and technical specifications; they are seeking workplace solutions that are intuitive, secure, adaptable and seamlessly integrated into their broader digital environment.
For us, ‘Experience. Engage. Empower.’ reflects this shift. It is about creating simpler and more consistent experiences, enabling people to engage and collaborate more naturally across locations, and ultimately empowering organizations to work with greater agility, productivity and effectiveness.
At Konica Minolta, our focus is not on adding more technology to the workplace, but on making technology work more intelligently and seamlessly for people. Our objective is to create connected environments where technology simplifies collaboration, supports better decision-making and delivers meaningful value to both employees and organizations.”
Extending Konica Minolta’s workplace proposition beyond meeting and collaboration environments, Komi Doc, the company’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution, was also showcased at the booth. Designed to support organizations in their digital transformation journey, Komi Doc helps centralize and securely manage business information while enabling document capture, intelligent search and retrieval, controlled sharing and collaboration, document lifecycle management, and automation of document-centric business processes through configurable workflows.
The showcase demonstrated how the modern workplace extends beyond connected meeting spaces to the way information moves across an organization. By bringing together people, documents and business processes, KOMI Doc can help organizations make information more accessible, strengthen governance and traceability, streamline approval processes, and support employees working across departments, locations and devices. Together with Konica Minolta’s print, capture and collaboration technologies, it reinforces a broader vision of a connected, secure and digitally enabled workplace.
The showcase also highlighted the broader transformation taking place across enterprise workplaces.
As hybrid and distributed working models become increasingly established, meeting spaces are evolving from traditional AV environments into intelligent collaboration spaces. Organizations increasingly require technology that can connect people, content, audio, video and communication platforms while remaining simple to deploy, operate and manage.
From an industry perspective, this represents a significant opportunity for AV to play a broader role within enterprise workplace strategy. The focus is progressively moving beyond equipping individual meeting rooms towards creating connected environments that deliver consistent collaboration experiences across different spaces and locations.
