The 59th edition of Media Expo, held from 17 to 19 September 2026 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, builds on its previous edition with a growth in the number of solution providers — reflecting an industry evolving across print, signage, digital OOH, interior decor, and branding solutions, and balancing print and pixel-based visual solutions under one roof.

The show arrives at a time when the industry is evolving on two interconnected fronts: a resilient print and signage ecosystem, driven by new technologies that continue to shape visual communication across India, alongside a rapidly expanding digital layer of LED displays, video walls, and interactive advertising solutions.

The trade show floor offered live machinery demonstrations, vibrant displays, and active business networking. This year’s expo focused on industrial scale and digital transformation, with the spotlight on wide-format technology in 4-, 6-, and 11-color formats.

Major technology manufacturers, including TechNova, ColorJet, and Epson, showcased high-capacity digital, UV hybrid, eco-solvent, and flatbed printing systems running live production cycles. Attendees observed precision output quality firsthand, evaluating machines designed to meet growing demand.

Beyond heavy printing machinery, the event highlighted next-generation display technologies and raw materials essential to modern advertising. Interactive LED video walls, backlit lightboxes, and custom neon channel lettering display systems are suitable for the evolving trends in retail, indoor and outdoor signage.

Stalls dedicated to specialized media substrates, architectural hardware, and high-precision inks from several brands illustrate the comprehensive depth of the manufacturing ecosystem on display.

The event drew heavy footfall, serving as a key platform for decision-makers to evaluate equipment investments and forge technical partnerships. Industry professionals actively engaged with technical experts and vendor representatives throughout the exhibition halls, underscoring strong commercial interest across the sector.

International participation was a defining feature, led by China, Taiwan, and Italy. The growing global interest reflects India’s rising profile as a manufacturing and consumption hub for print, signage and display technologies.

As businesses across retail, FMCG, automotive, real estate and hospitality compete for consumer attention in an increasingly crowded marketplace, the demand for high-impact, innovative and cost-efficient visual communication solutions has grown sharply.

The rapid expansion of organized retail, the growth of eCommerce-linked physical touchpoints, and a nationwide infrastructure and construction boom have all created sustained demand for signage, branding and display solutions across shopping complexes, transit hubs, commercial establishments and public infrastructure, the organizers said.

The 2026 edition focused on some of the fastest-growing segments in the industry, including ACP and advanced signage materials, digital signage and digital display solutions. LED display and visual communication technologies, along with technology-driven printing and signage solutions, featured alongside large-format digital printing and POP/POS and retail branding solutions.

Visitors explored printing equipment, fabricating, finishing and decorating machines, digital imaging and printing services, digital signage, substrates, architectural hardware, outdoor advertising, printing inks, and 3D printing, making the show a comprehensive sourcing destination for the entire visual communication value chain.

Raj Manek, executive director and board member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings said, “Media Expo New Delhi has always evolved in step with the industry it serves, and this year’s edition reflects just how far that industry has come. With businesses across every sector investing in visibility and brand experience like never before, the demand for smarter and more innovative solutions for advertising, branding, signage and printing has never been higher. The growth we are seeing is a clear signal of where this industry is headed, and we are glad to share that Media Expo New Delhi continues to be the platform where those advancements and industry stakeholders come together.”
