HP India has officially expanded its Laser M300 Series. The company unveiled three new models—the HP Laser 335dn, Laser 335dw, and the multi-function MFP 355sdnw—engineered specifically to meet the high-volume, low-cost demands of Indian businesses and print shops.
The standout technical advancement in this lineup is the introduction of HP’s first separate drum and toner system for the A4 commercial channel. By decoupling these components, HP enables businesses to replace only what is necessary, thereby significantly extending the device’s lifespan while reducing the total cost of ownership. The system features a high-capacity imaging drum capable of delivering up to 10,000 pages, paired with high-yield toners that support up to 3,000 pages.
The new M300 series models are built for agility, boasting print speeds of up to 33 pages per minute (ppm). Addressing the need for modern workflow efficiency, all models include automatic duplex (double-sided) printing as a standard feature, helping businesses reduce paper consumption by up to 50%.
The hardware is powered by a 600 MHz processor and 256 MB of memory, ensuring the machines can handle complex jobs without bottlenecks. For multi-tasking environments, the MFP 355sdnw includes a 40-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) to streamline scanning and copying of large documents.
Recognizing the shift toward mobile and hybrid work, the Laser 335dw and MFP 355sdnw support seamless mobile printing through the HP App. For traditional office setups, the 335dn offers a robust, network-ready Ethernet connection.
Sustainability remains a focal point for the tech giant; the new printers feature a sleek all-white chassis constructed with 20% recycled plastic. This eco-conscious design does not compromise on footprint, as the series maintains a compact, space-saving profile ideal for cramped retail print shops or small office desks.
“The expansion of our Laser M300 Series underscores HP’s commitment to print innovation that empowers Indian businesses,” said Satish Kumar, senior director of the print category at HP India. He noted that these models are designed to help SMBs and enterprises “stay competitive in a fast-evolving, connected world” by prioritizing speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
