Commercial printer, Jalandhar-based Rainbow Printing Press offers print affordability and quality with a fleet of advanced offset presses and associated equipment, which has been upgraded with a new 4-color Komori Enthrone 29 sheetfed offset press to boost productivity and efficiency in graphic prints.

Jatinder Jaiswal, partner at Rainbow Printing Press, said they chose the new Enthrone 29 to elevate overall productivity. “It has been just a few months since we installed this new Komori sheetfed offset press. We plan to exploit its advanced features and capabilities to magnify our business,” he adds.

“The Enthrone 29 met all our requirements. Many features, such as make-ready times, are ahead of other presses in its category. It’s a matter of pride for us to introduce Japanese printing technology in Jalandhar.”

Engineered with a compact design, the Enthrone 29 is a 29-inch sheet-fed offset press capable of operating at a speed of 13,000 sph to print sheets up to a maximum size of 530×750 mm with a maximum print area of 520×740 mm and 605×760 mm plate size. “Moreover, this new Komori press in our facility is highly flexible with varied substrates. It handles a broad range of sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.04mm up to 0.6 mm,” Jaiswal says.

“We have been using a select line of best-in-class presses and equipment over the years. However, the Enthrone 29 is a game changer when it comes to print productivity with aspects such as automatic functions, including roller and blanket washes,” Jaiswal says.

Established in the year 2003, Rainbow Printing Press has been serving clients of diverse backgrounds from different industrial sectors across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.  A strong team of 30-plus staff consisting of experienced graphic designers, skilled machine operators and others is behind the company’s dexterity in productivity, creativity, quality control,  and punctual deliveries of end-products.

“We are now fully confident of fulfilling exactly what our clients want, it would be either print quality or productivity,” says Jaiswal. He says they are satisfied with the way Komori India is helping them in all manners, such as after-sales service support and technical help.
