Relatively new in the market, Ahmedabad-based Paperkart Enterprise is accelerating its commercial printing business in a new momentum to invigorate print innovation for enhanced applications with the installation of an all new Ricoh Pro C7500 digital color production press from Monotech Systems.

Under the proprietorship of  Falguni Chandraprakash Jain, who has 25 years of experience in the industry, Paperkart Enterprise was established in 2021. Since then the company has been deeply engaging in commercial printing and production of an expansive range of end products such as catalogs, business cards, fliers, brochures, labels, stickers, and many others. Falguni is supported in business by her husband Chandraprakash Jain, who plays a pivotal role in taking Paperkart Enterprise to newer levels.

Telling about the reason why they have recently invested in the Ricoh Pro C7500,  Jain narrates, “In the recent past, we were in dire need of a digital color production press to boost our print quality and productivity, especially labels and stickers. After an extensive search, what it turned out to be our ultimate choice was the Ricoh Pro C7500 that we found at Monotech Systems. The machine is now flawlessly delivering what we exactly require.”

She continues, “Advanced features and capabilities of the Ricoh Pro C7500 have enabled us to perk up print value and innovation. Moreover, another added capability of this digital color production press is its additional 5th color station, which we opted for using the vibrant contrasts of white and neon pink toners to add attention-grabbing textures and effects in labels and stickers.” Uniting with the additional 7 special toners from the 5th color station, Ricoh Pro C7500 is an 11-color epitome.

The Ricoh Pro C7500 boasts media flexibility and many other capabilities. It’s compatible with media ranging from 40 gsm to 470 gsm, delivering graphics in 2400 x 4800 dpi (a resolution rated to be highest in the industry), at an upgradable printing speed of 95 ppm (pages per minute). “All these advanced features and capabilities are what it takes to call this Ricoh Pro C7500 a digital workhorse,” says Jain.

Plus, another added advancement of the Ricoh Pro C7500 is that this digital press is driven by EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers to optimize efficiency and print quality. Intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers facilitates precise job management and color control, enabling quick production of personalized products with the press’ variable data printing capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

A team of 20 experienced staff is handling the overall printing and production tasks at Paperkart Enterprise. “We feel grateful for acquiring such a capable, versatile, and user-friendly Ricoh Pro C7500 from Monotech Systems,” says Jain, adding that they are fully satisfied with the machine’s performance as well as the after-sales support they receive from the supplier in an unconditional manner, anytime and at any circumstance when they need it.
