The 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Federation of Publishers’ & Booksellers’ Associations in India (FPBAI) was held on Saturday, 23 September, 2023, at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi.
SK Ghai of Sterling Publishers Greater Noida was elected unopposed president of FPBAI in the election of office-bearers during the AGM, conducted by election officer Bhupinder Chowdhri, past president of FPBAI and proprietor of The English Book Store, New Delhi.
“I am grateful to all members for reposing their faith in my person as president, FPBAI. I assured the members that I shall leave no stone unturned for working with dedication along with my team of office bearers for the betterment of the book trade,” Ghai said.
