Sakata India in a public notice has announced that Yogesh Kapur is no longer serving as managing director of the company.
Kapur, Sakata announced, is not “authorized to represent, act for, bind, negotiate, enter into any transaction, make any commitment, correspondence, representation, or deal in any manner on behalf of the company.”

This is to inform the general public, customers, dealers, suppliers, bankers, government authorities, business associates, stakeholders and all concerned that Mr. Yogesh Kapur is no longer serving as Managing Director of Sakata INX (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”)
Accordingly, Mr. Yogesh Kapur is not authorized to represent, act for, bind, negotiate, enter into any transaction, make any commitment, correspondence, representation, or deal in any manner on behalf of the Company.
Any person dealing with or acting upon any representation made by Mr. Yogesh Kapur on behalf of the Company, shall do so entirely at his/her/its own risk, cost and consequences, and the Company shall not be bound, responsible or liable for any act, omission, commitment, representation, undertaking, transaction or liability incurred by him.
