The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA), organizer of 17th PrintPack India, India’s No1 and most prestigious exhibition on printing, packaging, converting and allied machinery, has officially stopped accepting new applications for exhibition space due to limited space in India Expo Centre (Venue), Delhi NCR.

The entire exhibition area has been completely sold out nearly seven months before the opening of the exhibition, reflecting the industry’s overwhelming confidence in the event and reaffirming PrintPack India’s position as one of the world’s leading trade exhibitions for the graphic arts and packaging industries.

The 17th PrintPack India will be held from 30 January to 3 February 2027 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.

More than 600 leading Indian and international companies have already secured their exhibition space on a strictly ‘First-Come, First-Served’ basis. Together, they will showcase the latest innovations, cutting-edge technologies and cost-effective solutions across a gross exhibition area of approximately 1,00,000 square meters.

To strengthen industry participation, IPAMA has allotted space to 22 associations, federations and media partners, recognizing their significant contribution to the growth and development of the printing and packaging industry.

The previous edition of PrintPack India attracted 141,101 business visitors from 84 countries. Building on this remarkable success, IPAMA expects the 17th edition to witness around 25% higher visitor attendance, making it the biggest edition in the exhibition’s history.

Visitors will experience comprehensive displays covering almost every segment of the industry, including —

Printing machinery, packaging machinery, flexible packaging, corrugation, label printing, screen & textile printing, signage & LED,  paper & non-woven products, pre-press, digital printing, post-press, converting equipment, software & services, consumables, spare parts, and many other allied sectors.

IPAMA has consistently supported industry growth by offering special discounts to its members and Early Bird incentives, enabling MSMEs and emerging enterprises to participate with greater financial ease.

To ensure a world-class experience, IPAMA has finalised most of the service providers to deliver international-standard exhibition services and visitor facilities. Complimentary services, including free shuttle coach services from Botanical Garden Metro Station to the exhibition venue, will also be provided for the convenience of exhibitors and business visitors.

The Association has launched an extensive national and international promotional campaign through print, digital and electronic media. In the coming months, IPAMA will organise a series of industry interactive meets and one to one meetings across various states to further enhance visitor participation. Invitations will also be extended to heads of industry associations, trade bodies, government organisations and other distinguished dignitaries to attend the inaugural ceremony.

With record-breaking participation and unprecedented industry response, the 17th PrintPack India is set to become the largest and most successful edition ever, further strengthening India’s position as a global hub for printing, packaging and allied technologies.
