The second edition of Bharat Print Expo successfully concluded in Chennai from 27 to 29 April 2026 at the Chennai Trade Centre. According to the organizers, building on the success of its inaugural Bengaluru edition, the exhibition delivered a bigger, stronger, and more impactful platform, further solidifying its position as South India’s largest printing exhibition.
Organized by the All India Federation of Master Printers in association with ReEnvision Events Private Limited, the expo witnessed participation from 180+ exhibitors, showcasing cutting-edge technologies across print, offset, digital, packaging, corrugation, & signage.
Notably, despite the ongoing geopolitical tensions and war-like situation impacting global sentiment, the exhibition witnessed strong participation and unwavering industry support—demonstrating the resilience, confidence, and forward-looking approach of the Indian print fraternity.
Over three days, Bharat Print Expo 2026 attracted 12,000+ trade visitors, including commercial printers, package converters, brand owners, and key decision-makers from across India. The exhibition floor remained vibrant throughout, with live demonstrations, product launches, and high-value business interactions driving strong engagement.
Reflecting on the experience, Ashish Joshi, senior manager, Epson, said,“Bharat Print Expo has been an excellent platform for us to showcase our innovations and connect with serious buyers. The quality of visitors and the level of engagement have been truly impressive.”
From a visitor’s perspective, the impact was equally strong. A print professional from FL Print noted, “This expo offered the perfect mix of technology, networking, and real business insights. It’s not just about seeing machines—it’s about understanding where the industry is heading.”
Exhibitors reported good footfall, high-quality leads, and on-the-spot deal closures, reaffirming the expo’s reputation as a serious business platform rather than just a display event.
Ravindra Reddy, president of All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP), said, “The scale, participation, and business activity at this year’s expo have been exceptional. It is encouraging to see such strong regional engagement and industry collaboration under one roof.”
Further strengthening industry collaboration, the AIFMP General Council (GC) Meeting was successfully held on 29 April, hosted by MPLA. The meeting brought together key industry leaders and representatives from across the country adding significant institutional value to the overall event.
The expo showcased a comprehensive range of future-ready technologies, from advanced printing machinery to automation tools and packaging solutions. With participation from leading domestic and international brands, the event highlighted the rapid transformation and technological advancement shaping the industry.
NAEP & GPEA Awards 2026
A major highlight of the event was the prestigious NAEP (National Awards for Excellence in Printing) and GPEA (Global Print Excellence Awards), held alongside the exhibition. These awards celebrated outstanding achievements in print quality, innovation, and creative excellence, bringing together the best minds and talent from across the industry.
The awards ceremony added a layer of prestige to the event, positioning Bharat Print Expo not just as a business platform, but also as a benchmark for excellence and recognition within the print and packaging ecosystem.
Anil Arora, director of ReEnvision Events, remarked,“The Chennai edition has exceeded expectations in every aspect—from participation to business outcomes. We are excited to build on this momentum and deliver an even bigger and better experience in the coming editions.”
The journey now continues as Bharat Print Expo returns to Bengaluru from 13 to 15 May 2027, promising an even more impactful showcase of innovation, technology, and business opportunities.
