Aura Offset is a cosy commercial printing corner at Durgapur in West Bengal, located around 170 km from Kolkata. Aura Offset is acknowledged among its customers for print quality, which has now been upgraded with a new Ricoh Pro C7500 digital color production press from Monotech Systems.

Monotech Systems is an authorized representative of Ricoh and a host of other global brands. Over the years, the company’s installation base of Ricoh digital production presses across the country has been expanding with inclusion of clients such as Aura Offset in Durgapur.

Aura Offset has been in the industry over the last 30 years, engaging in multiple multi-color printing jobs. “As our name clearly indicates, we engage in offset printing too, alongside digital large-format printing for signage graphics as well. However, our main forte is digital printing, which we have elevated to a whole new level following the recent installation of the new Ricoh Pro C7500,” says Goutam Saha of Aura Offset. He says the new Ricoh digital color production press has changed their game of quality digital printing.

Saha continues, “We have been running a raft of digital machines alongside others including an offset press and some large-format printers. When we recently brought home the Ricoh Pro C7500, barely around four months ago, one of our old digital production presses had been replaced. In a way, compared to other presses in its class, our new Ricoh from Monotech Systems stays ahead of the curve, anticipating future trends and developments revolving around new print quality, textures, and graphic innovation.”

Not just an avant-garde technology but a fully-packed digital printing system with unrivaled features and dexterity, the Ricoh Pro C7500 is capable to produce the most crisp and colorful graphic prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi.

Speed and media versatility of the digital press are also commendable. It operates at an upgradable speed of 95 ppm, compatibly printing on a broad array of lightweight and heavyweight stocks ranging from 40 gsm to 470 gsm.

Moreover, Ricoh Pro C7500 is bundled with EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers, which significantly improves print quality and efficiency. Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers flawlessly facilitates precise job management and color control.

“We now can quickly produce quality graphics and bespoke prints with this workflow software supporting the new Ricoh press’ variable data printing capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds & smooth PDF workflows,” mentions Saha.

Conclusively, Saha asserts, “Most of all, it’s our pride to be the first owner of the Ricoh Pro C7500 in Durgapur. With this robust and highly advanced digital printer, we offer all new quality and standard of graphic prints in the city and our customers are happy with what all we offer them new now. We appreciate Monotech Systems for the machine they supply and amiable after-sales support they provide.”
