The Chennai Trade Centre on 10 July 2025 opened its doors to PrintExpo Chennai and MediaExpo Chennai, featuring a broad range of print and digital solutions tailored to meet the growing demands of the OOH advertising, signage and branding industries.
With 185 exhibitors, PrintExpo Chennai, co-located with MediaExpo Chennai. serves as a crucial business and networking platform, bringing together printers, printing equipment machinery manufacturers, advertising agencies and marketers, brand managers and more to explore the advancements.
As India’s printing and advertising industry continues to evolve and expand, South India remains a vital business hub. With a focus on editorial billboard printing, interactive signage, label printing, kiosk designs and other diverse applications, both shows represent a dynamic intersection of technology and creativity designed to meet the needs of modern advertising.
The expo was inaugurated by industry leaders such as D Kumaravel, president, Coimbatore Master Printers Association & former general secretary, AIFMP (All India Federation of Master Printers); Jun Sudo of Komori India; Manish Gupta from Konica Minolta; T P Jain, managing director, Monotech Systems; Kensuke Okumura from Fujifilm India; Ram Prasad of Epson India; Canon India’s C Sukumaran; and Arjun Khosla from Xerox India.

PrintExpo, which has entered its 15th edition, is jointly organised by Showcase Trade Fairs, Business Media and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India. MediaExpo is organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India. The Chennai edition is the debut of Media Expo, while it has completed 54 successful editions across Mumbai and New Delhi.
