HP presented a ‘future-focused’ approach to the evolving world of print at Print4All 2025, held from 27-30 May at Fiera Milano. The company focused on dialogue, tailored advice, and interactive engagement.
The HP stand, which had printed samples, was designed as a consulting stage rather than a conventional exhibition area. Attendees explored customized sessions on key industry themes such as operational efficiency, innovation, automation, and sustainability.
Among the featured solutions was the new HP Latex R530, a hybrid printer designed for small to mid-sized print service providers. Its compact form factor and quick material changeovers are paired with HP’s Pixel Control technology to deliver consistent print quality across both rigid and flexible substrates. The machine also includes sustainable features, such as UL Ecologo-certified inks and components made from recycled materials.

Although not physically displayed, HP highlighted the latest developments in its Indigo portfolio. The HP Indigo 120K and 18K presses, introduced recently, were presented through sessions focused on their productivity enhancements, intelligent automation, and offset-grade output—all tailored for industrial-level production environments.
In the packaging segment, HP focused on strategic consultation for converters in corrugated and folding carton sectors. Discussions centered on the convergence of digital and analog workflows, workflow optimization, and the shift toward more sustainable operations. The aim was to support businesses looking to digitally transform their packaging lines without disrupting legacy systems.
In addition to its exhibition presence, HP participated in the official Print4All conference program. The company contributed to multiple sessions, covering topics from green printing investments and intergenerational workforce engagement to digital packaging success stories and future printing trends.
