Tecnau has announced its participation at Print4All 2025, to be held from 27 to 30 May at Fiera Milano. In close collaboration with local partner Forgraf, the company will be present at Hall 11 – Stand B01 D10, where it will showcase the Revolution 50 AutoSetup, its recently introduced fully-automated finishing system.

Print4All is Italy’s premier trade fair dedicated to the world of printing and converting, offering a dynamic platform to discover the latest technological advancements, explore market trends, and foster professional growth. It’s the perfect environment to experience how smart automation can drive production efficiency and open new business opportunities across different printing sectors.

Tecnau’s partner Forgraf has long been a benchmark for the print finishing industry in Italy. With a strong focus on digital evolution and intelligent automation, Forgraf helps print providers optimize their operations with tailored, future-ready solutions. Their commitment to innovation and service perfectly aligns with Tecnau’s mission to empower digital printing with next-generation finishing technologies, the company says.

At the show, Tecnau will demonstrate the Revolution 50 AutoSetup — a fully automated cutting and stacking solution designed to handle multi-application workflows with ultimate flexibility. Live demonstrations at the Forgraf stand will show book blocks, posters, and flyers being produced seamlessly from the same roll, with automatic format adjustments in both length and width, switching between different impositions without operator intervention.

Completing the workflow, book blocks produced on the Revolution 50 AutoSetup will be fed into a Horizon binding and trimming system, delivering fully bound, ready-to-ship paperback books — a perfect showcase of end-to-end automation in action.

“At Print4All 2025, visitors will see how automation transforms digital finishing into a faster, smarter, and more profitable operation. We’re looking forward to partnering with Forgraf to present our solutions and discussing how Tecnau technologies can help print providers unlock new levels of productivity and flexibility,” Maurizio Gianetto, marketing manager at Tecnau.

Alongside its hardware, Tecnau will showcase Tecnau Connect – an IIoT platform that boosts uptime, productivity, and decision-making. With real-time monitoring, performance analytics, and root cause reporting, it helps reduce stoppages and supports preventive maintenance. Available for the Revolution 50 series and other Tecnau systems, it evolves with your operations for continuous improvement.

“Print4All is a key gathering for the Italian print industry,” said Marco Bastia, managing director at Forgraf. “We’re proud to present Tecnau’s high-end solutions at our booth, especially the Revolution 50 AutoSetup system. This game-changing solution with its ability to perform fully automatic, on-the-fly format changes without operator intervention, offers a transformative advantage for short-run and on-demand workflows. It’s not just smart, it’s a time- and waste-saving tool that meets today’s demand for faster and more flexible production.”
