Renuka Softec, a leading software company, participated in Printpack India in Greater Noida, targeting next-generation entrepreneurs with AI-powered solutions. The software provider is rapidly adding value in software solutions with its products, Smart Planner and MIS Module.

Printpack was a successful endeavor for the company. Mohit Jain, partner, told Indian Printer & Publisher that Renuka was targeting the interests of the next generation of entrepreneurs to educate them and elevate their processes with AI-powered solutions.

“Renuka Softec has addressed several challenges by providing a print management system that automates your entire workflow, including online orders, custom walk-ins, or orders entered by representatives in the field. You no longer have to spend on multiple solutions from different vendors, only to face additional costs integrating and maintaining them,” Jain said.

Speaking about Renuka’s journey, Jain said that in 2002, Manish Kothalkar, Gulzar Presswala, and Mohit Jain joined hands to start the software company. “The prime objective was to make software that smartly quickens the long hectic procedures of planning and costing of printing jobs. Soon they succeeded in providing the printing industry with a unique turnkey software solution.”

He says the Smart Planner is the outcome of the valuable support and feedback they received from numerous interactions with the Indian print industry. The result was a completely customizable software, which can be set as per the needs of Indian printing presses.

Jain explains that Renuka’s MIS is a complete solution for printing and packaging. It solves issues related to multiple locations of press/office; can manage live processes and multiple processes by location; creates a chain of all processes; and handles all processes inquiry, estimation, planning, work orders, job cards, GPN, FPA, dispatch, transport, barcode, and more.

The company hosts workflow seminars for its customers on the latest developments, especially on AI-powered MS. “The new generation is cautious about tech and finances. What they need is a better understanding of the software and workflow management systems to elevate not just their business, but the printing and packaging landscape of the country,” Jain concludes.
