Out of the 84 association members, 69 actively participated in the voting process, selecting ten out of the 15 candidates vying for the executive positions.

The Lucknow Printers’ Association (LPA) announced the election of its new executive body for the 2024-25 term during the recent annual general meeting (AGM) held in Lucknow. Jawahar Lal Bhargava has been elected as the president, while Haroon Nomani will serve as the general secretary.

Out of the 84 association members, 69 actively participated in the voting process, selecting ten out of the 15 candidates vying for the executive positions. The election proceedings were overseen by T N Pandey and the outgoing president, Jawahar Lal Bhargava. The AGM began with Bhargava presenting the association’s past records and achievements, followed by an appreciative address thanking the outgoing executive team for their significant contributions.

Other newly elected executive members of the association are — Vivek Malviya, treasurer; Sachin Jindal and Laxmi Pal Singh, vice-presidents;  SP Seth and Shobhit Gupta, joint secretaries; Puneet Bhargava, finance secretary; Rakesh Shrivastava, editor; and Amit Ratan Jain, public relations officer .
