Pureprint Imprint, the large format and retail services division of Pureprint Group, has expanded its large format roll-to-roll manufacturing capabilities with the acquisition of the Durst P5 350 HSR D4, high-speed 3.5 m LED printer, at its Newcastle plant. The decision to invest in the Durst P5 350 HSR D4 was driven by its impressive technical features, including high production speed, versatile material handling, and superior printing resolution. Anticipated benefits for Pureprint Imprint include diversification into out-of-home markets, improved ink efficiency, enhanced throughput, and heightened product quality.

The Durst P5 350 HSR D4 is expected to yield a multitude of benefits for Pureprint Imprint. These include diversification into out-of-home (OOH) markets, improved ink mileage, enhanced manufacturing throughput, heightened reliability, and improved quality of products, particularly retail light boxes. With the acquisition of the Durst P5 350 HSR D4, Pureprint Imprint will expand its product offerings to include a range of new items, such as poster bags, heras fencing, lamppost banners, flex-face skins, museum banners, seat kill banners, building wraps, tier and vomitory dressing, scaffolding banners, and crowd barriers.

The products produced on the Durst P5 350 HSR D4 cater to various sectors and markets, including OOH locations such as supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and coffee destinations, as well as retail markets, the construction and property industry, and the events and exhibitions sector. This strategic investment underscores Pureprint Group’s commitment to innovation and delivering high-quality printing solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clients across diverse industries.
