Ex-Cel Plastics Limited, a subsidiary of Maharashtra-based Jain Irrigation operating from Ireland, manufactures PVC Sheets. For over 25 years, Jain has manufactured PVC foam, PVC integral foam and PVC solid sheets. Jain set up a manufacturing plant in Ireland to service the European Market. Shiva Texyarn from Bangalore will showcase its Intensipix range of printable substrates. Shiva Texyarn has been a player in the textile industry for over a decade, and it has established itself as a leader in the production of coated fabrics.

The company’s expertise lies in various aspects of textile manufacturing, including spinning, processing, coating, lamination, garmenting, non-woven production, and more. Intensipix, its main coated fabric brand, is known for its applications in printable wallcoverings, canvases, and PVC-free eco-friendly banners used in digital printing, interior design, and outdoor advertising.

Intensipix offers a variety of digital printable canvases made from 100% cotton, poly-cotton, and 100% polyester in different weights and finishes like semi-glossy, high-glossy, matte, metallic gold, and metallic pearl. They are compatible with eco-solvent, UV, and latex inks. Intensipix wall coverings based on fiberglass and woodfree paper also accommodate eco-solvent, UV, and latex inks. Global Nanotech from Ahmedabad will showcase three categories of Oekotex-certified dye sublimation inks and a wide range of water-based pigment dispersions for digital inks used in various applications such as flexible packaging and textile printing.

The dye sublimation inks on show will be the Glojet E, M, and HD Series compatible with Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh, Roland, Kyocera, Ricoh, and EFI Reggianni sublimation printers.

In addition to its Glojet disperse dyes series, the company brings four ranges of water-based pigment dispersions to the show: Glojet-U for digital textile printing inks, Glojet-M for digital flexible packaging inks, Glorite-G for gel pen inks, and Glorite-R for rollerball pen inks.
