Delhi-NCR-based Monark Software, which is known for manufacturing a premium range of holograms and labels at its fully facilitated state-of-the-art production facility, has upgraded its capacity with the installation of a new Mark Andy Evolution Series E3 label press from Flexo Image Graphics (FIG).

With a strong network in Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai, FIG is a leading distributor and service provider of flexo presses and associated equipment in the Indian sub-continent.

Launched in the year 2008 as a manufacturer and supplier of finest range of labels, Monark Software diversified in 2015 into product labels such as holograms and prime labels such as wine bottle labels, personal care labels, filmic labels, etc. “We deliver the latest designs of labels produced using updated machines and premium-quality substrates,” says Rajesh Yadav, director, Monark Software Private Limited.

Yadav said they keep upgrading the production facility with constant investments in newer machines and technologies to catch up with the changing trends and tradition in the label printing market. “So, we recently upgraded our facility with a new Mark Andy Evolution Series E3 label press from FIG.”

The company also deals in software solutions and has developed software applications for retail, pharmaceutical, beverages, garment, etc. The software apps are also available in customized formats.

Some of the successfully running software apps of Monark Software in the label industry across the country include TSC barcode printer, Zebra barcode printer, Datamax barcode printer, Symbol/Motorola barcode scanner/reader, Metrologic/Honeywell barcode scanner/reader, Datalogic barcode scanner/Reader Argox barcode printer, and Labels & Ribbons.

“We are equipped with a comprehensive range of the latest label technologies with in-house solutions in pressure sensitive, cut & stack, in-mold, shrink sleeve and heat transfer,” Yadav says.

“Managed by our team of 40 well-experienced label industry professionals, our production facility is divided into separate units assigned for different tasks such as R&D, manufacturing, quality checking, marketing and warehousing with the latest addition of new and advanced tools and machines. That’s why we are able to maintain supreme quality standards and efficiency in our end-products. We are proud to say that our products are appreciated by our clients for authenticity in designing and maintaining world-class quality,” he says.

Monark Software serves clients in diverse market clusters such as home and personal care, food and beverages, wine and spirits, and specialty market brand owners in India. “Quality has always been the center of attention for us to appease our customers. We could maintain quality in our products because we are equipped with best-in-class machines and technologies, such as Mark Andy Evolution Series E3 label press,” says Yadav.

Yadav said they chose the 8-colour Mark Andy Evolution Series E3 label press because this 13-inch system is economical, highly result oriented, and FIG’s centralised customer support department unconditionally provides after-sales service of the machine,” Yadav says. It can run at the maximum printing speed of 150m/min, taking up substrates ranging from 50 to 305 microns.
