Dhaval Colour Chem (DCC) provides a wide range of products from software to frames to paper to inks to printing presses as well as accessories for the screen and digital printing industry. DCC deals and distributes products from close to 20 brands from across the world. At the Screen Print India 2016 it displayed two dye sublimation printers from Epson – SureColor F6270 44-inch printer and F9270 64- inch printer. Moreover, on display were two models from Italy’s Monti Antonio namely 75T and 120T. Both 75T and 120T are roll-to-roll heat transfer machines. DCC gave a demonstration of all these machines.

“With these products were are targetting players from the signage, home furnishing and garment industries. In addition to running the machines we are also advising people who want to enter the screen printing industry on how to set up their facilities. We have also invited them to visit our experience zone in Dahisar,” said Vinay Nichani of DCC.

In December 2014 DCC opened its first specialized dye sublimation printing experience zone at its Dahisar plant. Spread over 10,000 square feet, the experience zone houses the latest dye sublimation printers from Epson. In addition to targetting the textile and garment industries, the experience zone also aims to provide creative solutions for professionals in the field of interior designing, photography, architecture, to name a few areas. The experience zone houses an apparel boutique, a wedding zone, a kid’s room, a cafe and a corporate office set up, providing real life experience of various applications.

Talking more about the experience zone, Nichani said being one of its kind in India, the zone has helped lot of new entrants as well as established players. “When the customer comes and sees things done in front of his eyes it creates a good impression. We have received great feedback. In fact, our sales have grown by 40% since the inception of the experience zone,” he added.
