This time the company has taken a bigger stand than the previous edition of Pamex.

For the first time the company will offer 18 months’ warranty on the machines, which are in the price range of Rs 10 lakhs plus. Hitech generally offers 12 months’ warranty on these products.

With this scheme we want to send a message to the current as well potential customers that our products are of top quality and we are sure about their performance,” says Parag Shah, chief executive officer of Hitech Systems.

The products on which Hitech will be offering 18 months’ warranty are Bacciottini (Italy) automatic creasing and perforation machines; Foliant (Czech Republic) – automatic thermal lamination machine; Lecho (China) – automatic digital die-cutter with auto feeding; Verve mini – UV LED 3 x 5’; 450 SA (Czech) – desk top semi-automatic creasing /perforation machine; and Gemini die-cutter (Italy) – desktop digital die-cutter with auto feeder.

According to Shah, customers who want to see the actual demo of the printer can meet at drupa 2020, where the company will be showing the machine or they can directly visit the factory in Portugal.

Talking about the experience at Pamex so far, Shah says that Hitech has been exhibiting at the expo since more than a decade and has had a good experience. “We have been exhibiting at Pamex for a long time. The last edition was very well attended and we hope to have the same experience this time as well,” he concludes.
