Wenli is a China-based company which offers high-quality printing solutions to varied industry segments. The company has been operating in India for over a decade now. The solutions offered by Wenli cover direct fabric printing, digital printing, UV printing, eco solvent, flatbed, screen printing, and robot-type screen printing. At Media Expo 2017, Texzium International (P) Ltd. (representatives of Wenli in India) displayed their new oval screen printing machine. Indian Printer & Publisher met Gurjeet Nayyar, director Texzium International India, an associate company of Wenli, to get an overview of the machine on display.

The machine was first introduced in India by Nayyar after a trip to Tirupur in Tamil Nadu, where he saw numerous manual screen printing operations that were outdated and in need of better solutions that would save both time and money. He first displayed the machine at the Garment Technology Expo in Okhla, during which time no other OEM had that model in the country and most of them were relying on the spider-type screen printers. Nayyar informs that the machine can produce 500–800 pieces per hour and is ideal for the garment industry; the substrates can range from textiles and leather to PU synthetic among others.

The Wenli oval screen printing machine has an integrated control panel that reduces the failure rate as it is easy for customers to check and repair the faults themselves. It has drives and motors to improve print-scaping accuracy. It also features pneumatic logic valves, chain and timing belt, PLC controller, touch screen and peripheral control circuitry along with many other components.

Wenli is one of the ten biggest export companies in Yiwu, China. The company specializes in supplying full line zipper making machinery, which perform the full range of functions from zero to finish for all kinds of zippers. Wenli supplies machines and spare parts to many branded zipper factories in China, such as WHH, SBS, CMZ, SAB, Jeuwat Zipper, QCC and others. The company also exports its machines to Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Iran Turkey, Egypt, Nepal, Pakistan, Vietnam, Thailand, Syria and many other countries across the world. As one of the leading professional dealers for different kinds of textile machines and spare parts for many years, Wenli is one of the largest suppliers of needle loom and zipper machinery in China today.
