ABB Printing appoints Staedeli

New head of operations in Switzerland

ABB, one of the leading suppliers of automation solutions for the newspaper industry, has announced a change in its management. Damian Staedeli has been appointed head of ABB Printing Switzerland with effect from 1 January this year. Staedeli is well-known within the newspaper production industry. He has been with ABB Printing for over 20 years, working primarily in the fields of service and sales.

He succeeds Markus Greiner, who is taking up a new challenge outside ABB Printing. Staedeli looks forward to the challenges of his new role. “We have tuned our organization to increase our competitiveness and to further emphasize our commitment to long-term support of our customers,” says Staedeli. “We have a great team in Switzerland and across the world and are well-equipped to handle whatever challenges come our way.”

Indian Printer and Publisher founded in 1979 is the oldest B2B trade publication in the multi-platform and multi-channel IPPGroup. It created the category of privately owned B2B print magazines in the country.
