New media channels and technology breakthroughs are constantly redefining the advertising and signage industry, and India’s largest advertising and signage trade fair, Media Expo is all set to bring the industry’s newest developments in the limelight from 16 to 18 January at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. One of the highlights of this edition will be the several eco-friendly technologies.

Spread across the 6,050 square metres exhibition space, Media Expo Mumbai will feature the Colorjet – Verve which was launched at the Media Expo Delhi and will be introduced in Mumbai for the first time. Colorjet will also for the first time launch the SoftJet Grand that comes with a printing width of 3.2 metres at the show. Equipped with industrial grade print head SoftJet Grand ensures aqueous non-polluting print technology. Talking about their participation at Media Expo Mumbai, Sultan Singh, product manager, Industrial Division – Colorjetsays, “We are glad to entrust Media Expo as the launch pad of our Softjet Grand, the high speed direct to fabric printer after the successful launch of the Verve – UV flatbed at the Delhi Media Expo 2014.”

Aditya Digital Technologies on the other hand will be showcasing the Sunfix self-adhesive fabric which makes it possible to move to fabrics for wall decorations and indoor branding posters. This environment-friendly fabric comes with an engineered bubble-free removable adhesive and is an ideal green solution to the traditional vinyl posters. The company will also showcase printable environment-friendly wall papers offering a range of plain and textured papers which can be digitally printed on eco-solvent, latex and UV platforms for wall applications.
