
Ricoh India launched the ‘360° Experience’ in Delhi on 5 February 2014, which is a unique exposition of cutting-edge technologies aimed at enhancing office productivity by integrating solutions in document management, IT services and communications.
Ricoh announced that they are firmly on track to achieve their goal of Rs. 1000 crore revenue in the 2014 financial year, recording a CAGR of over 50% in the last 3 years.
The key growth drivers include laser printers, IT services, and managed document services, among others. In its quest for customer satisfaction, Ricoh has launched a new concept called Ricoh 360°Experience .
This is a one stop shop offering to holistically meet every need of its customers by integrating technology to boost employee productivity and office efficiencies.
Speaking at the launch of Ricoh 360° in Delhi, Tetsuya Takano, managing director and CEO, Ricoh India, said, “In India, we expect an overall IT spending to reach US$ 71.3 billion in 2014 which is a 5.9% increase over 2013 forecast with most of the growth driven by spending on IT service, and that’s why India is one of the most crucial markets in the world for Ricoh.
