Over 140 exhibitors transformed 14,000 gross square meters of exhibition space in a live showcase of 300+ products.

Delhi’s Bharat Mandapam threw open its doors on 17 September to a convergence of India’s printing, signage and visual communication industry as the 59th edition of Media Expo kicked off for three packed days of innovation, deal-making and product discovery.

Over 140 exhibitors transformed 14,000 gross square meters of exhibition space in a live showcase of more than 300 products. The list included 17 international companies from China, Italy and Taiwan making their debut at the show. This cements the position of Media Expo as India’s most trusted platform for indoor and outdoor advertising, printing and signage and branding solutions.

The show opened against a backdrop of clear momentum for the industry: India’s cities are being rebuilt in lights, LEDs and large format prints. As malls, hotels, corporate towers and residential projects rise across India, so does the appetite for bold, attention-grabbing visual branding – and Media Expo New Delhi has become the platform where that demand meets its supply.

Manufacturers, commercial printers, technology innovators, advertising and media agencies, brand managers, retail specialists and OOH media owners and professional associated with the advertising, branding, printing, and signage industry engage for three days of business, networking and explore latest solutions.

The 59th edition of Media Expo was formally inaugurated by the dignitaries from the industry, which included Shekhar Narayanaswami from Times OOH, Kohei Tanabe of Roland DG, Rajat Dhingra from Garware Hi-Tech Films, Abhishek Gupta of Alutech, Vivek Sharma from Aditya Flex, Sandeep Mittal of Shree Ganesh Gums; and Raj Manek and Winston Pereira of Messe Frankfurt India, the organizers.

Manek, executive director & board member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings, said: “We are delighted to have successfully kick-started the 59th edition of Media Expo on a very positive note, with encouraging participation from across India and international markets. The show continues to reflect the growth and evolution of the industry and needs of the businesses today, with an increase in exhibition size, exhibitor participation and the diversity of products and solutions on display as well as international participation from China, Italy and Taiwan. As the industry continues to innovate and demand for quality solutions continues to rise, Media Expo once again reinforces its position as the important meeting place for buyers and sellers to experience new media solutions and technologies and expand their business network in and beyond India.”

The show floor features the leading Indian brands alongside international brands – all presenting the latest solutions for the printing, advertising, branding and signage industry – reinforcing the trust of buyers and sellers in the platform. Across the aisles, visitors are getting hands-on with everything from printing and fabrication equipment to digital signage, architectural hardware, outdoor advertising systems, printing inks and even 3D printing machinery.

A defining feature of this edition is the expanded presence of advanced signage and digital display technology. Visitors can engage with products like latest printing machinery, inks, papers, ACP and advanced signage materials, digital signage and display solutions, LED displays and video walls, large-format digital printing, POP-POS and retail branding solutions and technology-driven printing and signage systems.

The category’s growth reflects a broader shift in the industry – brands are no longer simply printing signs; they are building experiences. For businesses shaping how retail, outdoor advertising, corporate branding and live events look and feel next, this is where those ideas are taking form.

Media Expo continues at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi until 19th September 2026, offering three days to explore where the visual communication industry is headed next.
