The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) announced the 17th edition of Printpack India, scheduled to be held from 30 January to 3 February 2027 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.

According to the organizers, the upcoming edition has received a good response from the printing and packaging industry, reaffirming Printpack India’s position as a leading exhibition for the graphic arts Industry.

During the previous edition of Printpack India, the net exhibition area allotted to exhibitors stood at 34,175 square meters, while the gross exhibition area covered approximately 80,000 square meters. The exhibition attracted an impressive 1,41,101 business visitors from across India and several overseas countries.

For the 2027 edition, IPAMA has planned a significantly larger exhibition footprint, with the net exhibition space expected to exceed 42,000 square meters and the gross exhibition area reaching nearly 1,10,000 square meters.

Most of the leading industry players have already confirmed their participation by paying advance space charges. As of now, 536 companies have deposited the token amount for booking exhibition space. The allotment process is currently being carried out, they said.

Considering the present trend of space selection, it is anticipated that the exhibition space may be completely sold out even before the completion of the full allotment process. To accommodate the increasing demand from exhibitors, IPAMA may also consider the construction of additional hangars. The association has already reserved all available exhibition halls at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. A final decision regarding additional infrastructure will be taken by the management in due course, they said.

Jaiveer Singh, president, IPAMA, said, “We have been organizing the Printpack India Exhibition biennially for the last 35 years. It is the largest exhibition for the Graphic Arts Industry in India and provides an excellent platform for exhibitors and business visitors to execute business deals. This time, we are confident of breaking all previous records in terms of space booking and visitor participation. We are expecting a large number of overseas business visitors. Our objective is to provide international-standard services to exhibitors, sponsors and visitors, along with a convenient and business-friendly environment. I, along with IPAMA office bearers and the dedicated secretariat staff, will remain personally present at the venue to address queries and provide immediate support to exhibitors and visitors.”

Printpack India 2027 features four categories of exhibitor sponsorships. Konica Minolta has been allotted space under the Platinum Sponsor category, while VIG Graphics and Megabound have been allotted space under the Gold and Silver Sponsor categories, respectively.

Vipin Print Services, Innovative Flexotech, and Nilpeter have been allotted space under the Bronze Sponsor category. The Lanyard Sponsorship has been allotted to VIG Graphics, a company based in Haryana.

To promote the 17th Printpack India Exhibition globally and attract overseas business visitors, IPAMA office bearers will participate and undertake promotional activities in eight countries in the coming months, including Russia, Vietnam, Ghana, Nigeria, China, Indonesia, Nepal and others.

The organizers are expecting participation from more than 1,50,000 business visitors during the five-day exhibition. IPAMA will also provide several complimentary facilities and support services for exhibitors and business visitors, including pick-up and drop-off arrangements and other visitor assistance services.
