Established in 1983, KGN has served more than 100,000 customers with printing solutions. It offers one-stop customized printing services for diverse branding needs—diary printing, envelopes, letterheads, business cards, calendars, T-shirts, and more.

At Printpack 2025, KGN chose a Fujifilm Revoria PC1120 10-color press from Insight Print Communications to deliver future-ready printing technology. The company said the press’ ability to achieve a wider color gamut with pink toner, ensuring precise reproduction of PMS and Pantone spot colors, and the efficiency of six-color printing in a single pass were key factors in the decision to invest in this professional color press.

“The moment we saw the press in action, we were amazed by the incredible print quality. It was exactly what we had been looking for to enhance our offerings. With this press, we can now deliver premium-quality prints that stand out. A big thanks to the teams at Fujifilm and Insight for making this possible,” said MD of KGN Xerox Mohammed Asif Akhter.

“Fujifilm has a strong lineup of products and a clear vision for the Indian print market. We wanted future-ready technology from a company we could rely on for the long run—Fujifilm was the perfect choice,” Akhter said.

Professional Color 1120 delivers quality at a speed of 120 ppm, even when printing in six colors, and a high-definition resolution of 2,400 x 2,400 dpi. Its print server ensures maximum efficiency and can handle a broad range of stocks from 52 gsm lightweight paper to 400 gsm heavyweight materials, with print sizes up to 330 x 1,200 mm makes it ideal for diverse applications, the press release said.

This press is equipped with Super EA-Eco toner, with an extremely small particle size, which allows smooth reproduction of gradations in photographs, uniform density and sharper fine lines and text. It also produces easy-to-read printed text and very high-definition quality.

“The print industry is evolving with smarter, more sustainable technologies that enhance efficiency and quality. At Fujifilm India, we’re committed to driving this transformation with our Revoria solutions. Backed by our expertise and the strong service network of our channel partner, Insight, we are excited to support our growing Revoria family and be part of KGN’s success story,” said Priyatosh Kumar, associate director and head of Department, Graphic Communications and Device Technology, Fujifilm India.

The air suction feeder and static removal device ensure high paper feeding, accommodating a wide range of media, including dust-prone paper, cohesive coated paper, and film. Additionally, artificial intelligence (AI) enables automatic image enhancements, adjusting photo images based on their specific deficiencies. It intelligently corrects issues such as overly dark or bright images, backlight exposure, and skin tone inconsistencies, and enhances colors, bringing out vibrant hues in blue skies.

“The Fujifilm Revoria Professional Color 1120 will be a game-changer for KGN, giving them the speed, color accuracy, and flexibility they need to take their printing to the next level. We’re excited to be part of their journey and look forward to seeing how they use this press to create high-quality, premium prints for their customers,” added Mr. Ajay Aggarwal, MD and CEO of Insight Print Communications.

With a growing number of installations, the Revoria Professional Color 1120 has become a widely popular choice of both commercial and photo colorlabs, the company said.
