Rupa Impressions, a commercial printing corner in Visakhapatnam has carried its digital printing capacity forward with the installation of a brand new Ricoh Pro C7500, supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.

Having been in the industry for over the last 25 years, Rupa Impressions has a team of 25 printing and production professionals operating a fleet of advanced machines and equipment. New in the fleet is the newly installed Ricoh Pro C7500, which is playing a vital role in enhancing graphic prints. Abhiram, proprietor of Rupa Impressions, says Ricoh Pro C7500 is the second Ricoh machine at Rupa Impressions.

He continues, “We also have a Ricoh Pro C7100 digital color production press, which we bought from another supplier a few years ago. Since then we have been besotted by the Ricoh technology. That’s why we went for the second machine just a few months ago. It’s the newly launched and fully upgraded Ricoh Pro C7500 from Monotech Systems.”

According to Abhiram, the Ricoh Pro C7500 with its additional 5th Color Station is redefining the print quality and innovation at Rupa Impressions. He adds, “This machine is fully packed with advanced features and capacities. The seven special toners, including Neon Pink, White, Clear and more, in the press’ additional station, combined with CMYK, are enabling us to better graphic prints.” Ricoh Pro C7500 operates at a speed upgradable up to 95 ppm, delivering graphics in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi compatible on a broad array of lightweight and heavyweight stocks ranging from 40 gsm up to 470 gsm.

“We primarily engage in printing and production of end products such as cards, catalogs, fliers, brochures, booklets, calendars, etc, for our customers based across the length and breadth of Vizag. With this new Ricoh Pro C7500 digital color production press from Monotech Systems, we now utterly enhance the colors and crispiness of our digitally printed products like never before. Our customers are excited about the superiority in prints we now cater using this new digital production press,” says Abhiram.

EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers, which are crucial these days for optimizing efficiency and quality in print operations, are bundled with the Ricoh Pro C7500, boosting the press’ capacity for quick production of personalized end products with its variable data printing (VDP) capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows. Intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers facilitates precise job management and color control.

Abhiram emphasizes that the overall productivity of the new Ricoh Pro C7500 is praiseworthy in all aspects. He conclusively mentions, “We feel grateful to be partnered with Monotech Systems as a supplier of such a capable machine accompanied by their steadfast after-sales service support. Further, we look forward to investing in more such capable machines and strengthening the tie with Monotech Systems Limited in future.”
