Agarwal Offset Printers is traditionally an offset printing company based in Asansol, around 200 km from Kolkata in West Bengal. The company offers complete printing solutions, including digital printing, which has got a push with a new Ricoh Pro C7500 bought from Monotech Systems

Established in the year 1997, Agarwal Offset Printers is run by two brothers, Niten Kumar Agarwal and Rahul Agarwal. It has expanded into digital large-format graphic printing and commercial digital printing.

“Over the last few years, we have been magnifying our digital printing by infusing it with the right machine it needs. In this, our new Ricoh Pro C7500 efficiently meets the growing needs of novel graphics from our customers,” says Niten Kumar Agarwal, partner, Agarwal Offset Printers.

Being a complete printing corner, Agarwal Offset Printers comprehensively engages in flex, UV roll-to-roll & flatbed printing, CNC routing, laser engraving, and fiber-marking to produce all types of gift items, trophies, mementos, acrylic letters, and others.

For commercial digital printing, the company’s newly installed Ricoh Pro C7500 holds the fort to streamline any print task with quality and productivity.

“Earlier, we used to run a Ricoh Pro C7100X, which was bought from another supplier. But we have replaced it with the upgraded model, Ricoh Pro C7500, which has all the essential features for providing accuracy, speed, and quality in prints. Our customers who are primarily from Asansol city and some from the neighboring areas of Jharkhand are now impressed with the new press’ overall outputs,” says Niten.

He says the 5th Color Station is the feature of Ricoh Pro C7500, which out pours new seven toners, perfectly complementing CMYK for creating striking visuals and touch of something metallic or neon elegance in graphic prints and end products like cards, brochures, fliers, calendars, etc. “Another added advantage of the press is its versatility to handle varied substrates,” he adds.

Standout features of Ricoh Pro C7500 include its capacity to print in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi flexibly on multiple substrates weighing from 40 gsm to 470 gsm at the speed of 85 ppm.

At the core of this press is EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers. These servers are crucial for optimizing efficiency & quality in today’s print operations. The Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers facilitates precise job management and color control, enabling quick production of personalized products with the press’ variable data printing (VDP) capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

“In addition to enhancing production capabilities, our Ricoh Pro C7500 is opening up new possibilities for efficiency and innovation in graphic prints,” sayd Niten, adding, “We are contented with the way this new machine propels our digital printing to a next level and our endeavor is to get more such capable machines from Monotech Systems as we move into 2025.”
