Delhi-based Harsh Graphics began as a traditional offset printer. As the company expanded and entered digital printing, it looked for a suitable machine and zeroed in on the Ricoh Pro C7500 digital color production press supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.

Sagar Bhati, proprietor of Harsh Graphics says, “My father Gyanender Bhati started the business in 1996 as an offset printer. We entered digital printing, encompassing diverse tasks and applications including labels, packaging graphics, etc. We maintain a portfolio of machines comprising flatbed printers for packaging graphics, auto-feeder plotters for labels, and others, including the newly installed Ricoh Pro C7500.”

With years of expertise and constant upgrade of machine portfolio with the induction of new techniques, Harsh Graphics is a one-stop printing solution provider. Sagar says they provide a complete solution, right from graphic designing to final printing. With the motto ‘You name it, We print it’, the printer uses all printing technologies to print products such as books, brochures, marketing collaterals, mailers, labels, stickers, cartons, etc.

“We work round the clock to ensure quick & quality turnouts, while providing timely services, on-time deliveries, and unconditional after-sales support. We offer our clients the lowest rates in the market. Beyond Delhi-NCR, our clients are in Bihar, Odisha, and other parts. What all happened positively with us today is an outcome of the advanced machines we use, including the latest Ricoh Pro C7500, and dedication of our team of 12 well-experienced staff,” emphasizes Bhati.

The Ricoh Pro C7500 is an upgraded model fully packed with advanced features and capacities, including the 5th color station that contains seven toners, gold, silver, white, clear, neon pink, neon yellow, and invisible red, for adding extra effects and textures to graphic prints. “Earlier, we normally did underlay printing in roll form for transparent stickers. But we are now able to do it in sheet form using the flexibility of the Ricoh Pro C7500. This digital press is perfect for sample proofs or prototypes as well,” Bhati said.

Operating at the speed of 85 ppm, the Ricoh Pro C7500 delivers prints in the resolution of 2400x4800dpi on stocks ranging from 40 gsm up to 470 gsm. It features EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers which are crucial for optimizing efficiency & quality. Its Fiery Command WorkStation facilitates precise job management and color control, enabling quick production of personalized products with the variable data printing (VDP) capabilities of the Ricoh digital press in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

Bhati says they are continuously striving to provide end-products and services to the utmost satisfaction of their clients using the most advanced machines like the Ricoh Pro C7500.
