The Digital Print Machinery, a commercial printing business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, has expanded its production setup by investing in Konica Minolta‘s AccurioPress C12010S digital production machine with white toner.

This marks the company’s third successive investment in Konica Minolta technology, following two Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4080 machines installed in 2023 and 2024.

Omprakash, founder and owner of The Digital Print Machinery, has been associated with the printing industry since 2004. Before establishing his own commercial printing setup in 2022, he was into the sale and distribution of printing machines.

His experience across industry segments has given him an understanding of different technologies and print machinery, which has shaped the company’s approach to its production investments.

The AccurioPress C12010S is a versatile press handling a broad range of media such as thin and thick paper, embossed paper, envelopes, polyester, and cut-sheet labels. It enables consistent quality output with automatic print quality adjustments on the run. The Auto Inspection Technology further enhances consistency, and optional white toner expands offerings for new business opportunities.

On continued investments in Konica Minolta presses, Omprakash said, “Having worked with different machines and brands over the years, our decision to continue with Konica Minolta has been based on our satisfactory experience with the machines in day-to-day production. The product performance, print quality, and service support have been consistent, which has significantly increased our production capacity and timely deliveries.”

With a team of around 12 employees, The Digital Print Machinery prints for customers across various segments, including regular walk-in demands, eCommerce businesses, and institutions such as Allen Career. The company’s association with Konica Minolta began in 2023 with its first machine, and it currently operates only Konica Minolta machines as part of its production setup.

According to him, this continued association has enabled the business to build its digital production capacity while serving its growing customer base and preparing for future requirements.

Omprakash said that the two Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4080 print machines installed have already achieved their return on investment, giving the company confidence in its continued investments in Konica Minolta.

The recently installed Konica Minolta AccurioPress C12010S with white toner has already produced approximately 3 lakh copies, and the company expects the latest investment to generate returns as production volumes continue to grow. He is also looking at further expanding the setup with an additional Konica Minolta AccurioPress C12010S print machine in the future.
