Gujarat-based Amba Multiprint (formerly Amba Offset), a commercial printer and solutions provider to the pharma, cosmetics, and packaging sectors, has installed a Jetsci Colornovo Hybrid from Monotech Systems to strengthen its overall operations.
Ankit Mehta, a member of the management team of Amba Multiprint Ventures says, “Amba Multiprint provides solutions to multiple sectors such as pharma, cosmetics, and the packaging industry, and for this, we need a press that is agile and versatile. With Colornovo, it has become easier for us to upgrade to the seventh color when needed. We looked through several options, but decided on Colornovo as we were satisfied with the machines’ print quality and timely output.”

Mehta said the company is satisfied with the machine’s flexibility to print on most of the substrates. It is an application-friendly machine that allows Amba Multiprint to deliver what it requires. He said, “Our customers have no complaints. We have already shifted a wide variety of jobs to digital, especially the short runs. As one of the high-end printing presses in India, we constantly innovate and adapt fast to the current trends, so customers get only the best when they come to us.”
Since its inception in 1998, Amba Multiprint has aimed to set a global standard for printing and packaging. “This mission drove us to adopt the latest technology, for instance, becoming the first LED UV printer in Gujarat or finishing over 175 million labels in a month. We print for all clients irrespective of their size and stature with everything from brochures, flyers, inserts, custom calendars, diaries, office stationeries to labels and sleeves,” he adds.
On business expansions, Mehta plans to install a dSpark digital embellishments machine from Monotech Systems. He said, “We are convinced with the technology and after-sale service that Monotech Systems provides. We are under discussions with the solutions provider for the installation of a dSpark machine to produce more premium products with embellishments and special effects.”
