With 185 participating companies, Print Expo Chennai and Media Expo Chennai commenced today at Chennai Trade Centre, Tamil Nadu, bringing together business specialists, industry leaders, manufacturers, buyers, and professionals from the industry. The show floor presents an exciting showcase of advanced technologies in printing machinery, digital signage systems, LED-based signage, and visually appealing solutions for branding and advertising, among other innovations – offering a glimpse into where the industry is headed. Tapping into the B2B professionals associated with the printing, media, and branding industries, the show floor experienced an overwhelming response from visitors.

The show floor comes alive with live machinery demonstrations, giving visitors a close look at the latest printing, signage, and branding technologies in action. From high-speed printing machines for a variety of materials and digital signage solutions to LED display systems and more. Exhibitors showcase innovations aimed at improving quality, productivity, and efficiency. Visitors also have the opportunity to compare products from multiple companies under one roof while interacting directly with technology experts and industry leaders.
The exhibition also highlights key trends shaping the industry. Exhibitors point to growing demand for premium PP sheets, cast acrylic sheets, premium vinyl, customized plastic solutions, and advanced signage materials. Sustainability remains a crucial aspect with increasing interest in solvent recovery systems, UV curing technologies, and environmentally responsible printing solutions. Businesses are also investing in both Make-In-India machinery and advanced international technologies, while packaging enhancement and print finishing continue to emerge as fast-growing segments.
Several new products make their debut at the show, including solvent recovery systems, anti-counterfeiting solutions, UV coating technologies, thermal printers, advanced print finishing equipment, premium graphic films, UL-certified cast acrylic sheets, India’s first ABS-based LED modules for signage, and high-speed flex and solvent printing solutions.
The opening day drew a strong visitor turnout, with over 250 brands and 550 products displayed across 11,000 gross sqm of exhibition space. As the exhibition continues for the next two days, it aims to generate business opportunities, bolster industry partnerships, and spotlight the technologies driving the future of print, branding, signage, and visual communications.
