Saharanpur-based print provider Geeta Flex has expanded its print production capabilities with the installation of the Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600, reinforcing its focus on high-quality print enhancement and short-run production.

The latest investment is expected to enhance print quality, improve production efficiency, and support the company’s ability to meet the evolving requirements of its growing customer base.

Established in 2006 by Manu, founder and owner of Geeta Flex, the company evolved from his father’s printing business, which began operations in 1980. Seeking to modernize the business and expand its capabilities, Manu introduced computerized printing technology, transitioning from conventional letterpress printing to digital production.

This strategic shift strengthened the company’s operational capabilities, broadened its service portfolio, and established Geeta Flex as a prominent print service provider in the Saharanpur market.

Today, Geeta Flex operates with a team of around 15 professionals, who manage production and day-to-day operations. Approximately 75% of its business comes from the B2B segment, while the remaining 25% is generated through retail customers.

Speaking about the investment, Manu said, “We decided to invest in the Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600 because of its excellent print quality and its ability to efficiently handle short-run production. Being the first company to install this machine in the Saharanpur belt gives us a significant advantage and will help us expand our business by offering differentiated print enhancement capabilities that were previously unavailable in the region.”

The company has been operating the Konica Minolta AccurioPress 12000, and its performance and reliability influenced Geeta Flex’s decision to further strengthen its partnership with Konica Minolta. In addition to its Konica Minolta portfolio, the company operates Yaselan and Gongzheng eco-solvent machines, enabling it to serve a wide range of commercial printing requirements.

Sharing his expectations from the latest investment, Manu added, “Based on our current business plans and production requirements, we expect to achieve the return on investment from the Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600 within one-and-a-half to two years.”
