Durst will be present at Hall 3, Stand A115

At Fespa 2026 in Barcelona, Durst Group is presenting an integrated production approach at Fespa 2026: machines, inks, software and data layer developed as one system and engineered in Europe – built on more than 90 years of industrial printing and production expertise. From entry into the Durst ecosystem to industrial high-speed production and connected software environments, the focus is on performance, scalability and long-term integration.

“In Barcelona, we are not showing printers. We are showing production systems,” said Christoph Gamper, CEO and co-owner of Durst Group. “The P5 350 CORE is the entry point into the Durst ecosystem – future-proof from day one. The Kyveris Sandbox offers the first public glimpse of industrial intelligence built on real production data, not presentation slides. One opens the door. The other sets the course.”

 P5 350 CORE

With the new P5 350 CORE, Durst positions its P5 platform for a broader mid-market segment – as the ideal entry point into the Durst system environment.

Developed as a “best-of-breed” configuration, CORE combines proven technologies and features from across the P5 portfolio into one integrated platform. It reflects the XT (Extended Technology) concept: continuous development, performance optimization and upgradeability across the installed base.

The system incorporates the latest software architecture, enabling future performance updates and extended application capabilities. At the same time, features such as the high performance vacuum belt expand material flexibility, while the new machine design improves operator handling and reduces setup effort. P5 350 CORE is designed as a future-ready system – Kyveris-ready from day one and built to evolve with customer requirements.

Built on the proven P5 platform, CORE benefits from a global installed base with high system availability and established service infrastructure, including remote support capabilities and centralized spare parts logistics.

Energy consumption is measured in accordance with ISO 20690. The base configuration has an average ink consumption of 6.00 ml/m², with up to 30% additional savings through workflow optimization. Durst supports long system lifecycles through upgrade paths and retrofit concepts, enabling customers to protect their investment while continuously improving performance.

P5 500 Tex iSub + 5 m Hasler cutter

Building on this system approach, Durst demonstrates a complete sublimation workflow, combining the P5 500 Tex iSub with a 5-meter Hasler cutter. The system operates as a continuous production line – from RIP to finished cut – with one workflow, one operator interface and one data stream. This removes process boundaries between printing, fixation and finishing and enables consistent, repeatable production conditions. By combining intelligent software with advanced ink control, savings of up to 30% can be realized. Together with True Shape Nesting, this drives higher production efficiency and improved shift-level economics.

P5 350 HSI

For higher-volume production environments, Durst also highlights the P5 350 HSI platform. Built on the proven P5 system architecture, the P5 350 HSI delivers industrial throughput while maintaining consistent print quality and process stability. Powered by the new XT software platform architecture, the system unlocks unique capabilities such as Digital Substrate Alignment (DSA). This feature enables fully automated, highly precise substrate positioning, significantly reducing manual intervention and setup times. As a result, production becomes more efficient, repeatable, and scalable across shifts.

Kyveris Sandbox and Open Software Initiative (OSI)

Extending this system into the digital layer, Durst presents the first public Kyveris Sandbox at Fespa. Machines, jobs, materials and production results are connected across systems, enabling continuous analysis, process optimization and measurable productivity improvements.

Kyveris includes the Open Software Initiative (OSI), providing open APIs and documented interfaces for integration with MIS, workflow and finishing systems. This allows customers and partners to connect existing environments without proprietary lock-in.

Corrugated solutions

Durst Group will also present corrugated applications in Hall 3, Stand C160, together with Koenig & Bauer Durst.

The focus includes applications for the P5 SMP (Super Multi-Pass) hybrid LED inkjet system for board and roll printing. Koenig & Bauer Durst will showcase applications from the SPC 130 single-pass press, including water-based inks for primary food packaging compliant with relevant regulations.
