The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) organized its first-ever Printpack – Rajasthan Exhibition, held 21-23, 2026 February at the Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC) in Sitapura Industrial Area. Spread across 42  acres, the event showcased cost-effective, innovative, and technology-driven printing,  packaging machines, and allied products from 145 participating companies.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by guests, including Ashwani Gupta, president of AIFPP; Rajendra  Bhati, president of FCBM; Ajay Gupta, president of ROPA; Rakesh Bhandari, general manager of Rajasthan Patrika Group; Lohit Agarwal, president of RCBMA; state government officials; special invitees; exhibitors; and IPAMA office bearers and governing council (GC) members.

IPAMA president Jaiveer Singh addressed the gathering, welcoming delegates, while Gurpartap Singh, Chairman of Printpack – Rajasthan, extended the vote of thanks. Immediately following the ribbon-cutting, attendees toured the exhibition floor, engaging with exhibitors.

The exhibition featured a diverse profile spanning press, in-press, post-press, finishing,  converting, digital & signage, packaging machines and materials, printing & publishing,  paper & paper products, logistics & transportation, measuring & testing equipment, and more. To support MSME units, IPAMA minimized space charges compared to other industry events, ensuring broad accessibility.

Pre-event promotion included five workshops across Rajasthan — in Udaipur (February 1),  Ajmer (February 6), Jodhpur (February 11), Kota (February 12), and Jaipur (February 13).  Addressed by Jaiveer Singh, these sessions drew strong attendance from printing and packaging manufacturers, dealers from Rajasthan, and neighboring states, generating overwhelming industry enthusiasm.

Over the three days, live machine demonstrations highlighted innovations, with IPAMA office bearers, GC members, and secretariat officials on-site to support exhibitors. The event attracted 9,294 business visitors from across

Feedback reports rated the exhibition ‘good to excellent’ by most exhibitors and visitors,  with a few marking it ‘average.’ Several exhibitors expressed keen interest in participating in future editions in Jaipur or other Rajasthan cities. IPAMA will thoroughly review all suggestions to implement enhancements for upcoming shows.

“This inaugural edition underscores IPAMA’s commitment to advancing the printing and packaging sector in Rajasthan,” said Jaiveer Singh. “We’re grateful  for the robust participation and positive response, which sets a strong foundation for  future growth.”
