
The Publications Division of the Ministry of information and broadcasting is exhibiting its extensive collection of books and journals at the New Delhi World Book Fair 2026, being held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from January 10 to 18, 2026.
The National Book Trust organizes the nine-day mega fair in collaboration with the India Trade Promotion Organization, a PIB release stated.
In alignment with the fair’s theme — ‘Indian Military History: Valour & Wisdom @ 75′ — the Publications Division is captivating visitors and book lovers with a diverse selection of titles in English, Hindi, and various Indian languages.
The display features books on a wide range of subjects, including art and culture, history, cinema, notable personalities and biographies, Gandhian literature, children’s literature, and more. The Division’s premium collections include the Rashtrapati Bhavan Series, Selected Speeches of the President, Vice President and Prime Minister, The Collected Works of Mahatma Gandhi, and The Collected Works of Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya.
In addition to its wide-ranging book collection, the Publications Division is also presenting its popular journals — Yojana, Kurukshetra, Aajkal, and Bal Bharti. Visitors can subscribe to these journals as well as to Employment News and Rozgar Samachar, both published by the Division.
The New Delhi World Book Fair is among the most anticipated events in the global publishing calendar, drawing participation from leading publishing houses worldwide. Apart from exploring their favorite titles, visitors can enjoy a variety of engaging activities such as Author’s Connect, Yuva Corner, Child Authors’ Corner, and other cultural programs.
The Publications Division’s exhibit is located at Stand No. D-08, Hall No. 5, Bharat Mandapam.
