The orders were finalized within the first two days of the exhibition and reflect broad-based demand from both commercial printers and packaging converters. According to the company, the spread of deals across geographies and press configurations points to long-term investment decisions focused on automation, quality and future-ready production capabilities.
The confirmed orders include a mix of Komori’s established sheetfed offset platforms, tailored to diverse production needs. These comprise GL-640A C UV IR, GL-640A C IR, GL-740A C UV IR, GL-437, GL-837P A and E429 presses.Â
The configurations are designed to serve a wide range of applications, from commercial printing to packaging and value-added jobs, with an emphasis on productivity, print consistency and operational efficiency.
Regionally, Western India accounted for strong demand for UV and high-speed configurations, while Northern India saw investments in multi-color and larger-format presses. Southern and Eastern India also contributed to the order book, reflecting steady growth in modernised offset printing infrastructure across these markets.
Komori India said its performance at Pamex 2026 highlights the continued relevance of advanced sheetfed offset technology for printers seeking higher output, flexible configurations and reliable quality. With a healthy pipeline generated during the exhibition, the company remains confident about sustained growth in India’s print and packaging sector in the months ahead.
