The Bombay Master Printers’ Association is gearing up to host the 18th edition of Print Summit on 4 February 2026 at the Tata Theatre, NCPA, positioning the event as the print and packaging industry’s most influential knowledge platform.
Following the record response to last year’s summit, BMPA has framed PS26 as a high-energy convergence of leadership thinking, brand strategy, creativity, entrepreneurship and reinvention. The association expects more than 1,000 business leaders, brand owners, creative professionals and print innovators to attend what it describes as the industry’s annual knowledge pilgrimage.
BMPA president Tushar Bhotica recently told Indian Printer and Publisher that preparations for the summit began as early as June 2025, with a 20-member organizing committee meeting weekly to oversee speaker curation, logistics and programming. He indicated that PS26 has been deliberately scheduled in February to avoid a clash with Pamex, allowing printers and suppliers to participate more comfortably and helping ensure another full house at NCPA.
The one-day event features a power-packed program. The leadership and reinvention segment will feature international actor and motivational speaker Anupam Kher, who will talk on resilience and reinvention, leadership strategist Captain Raman will speak on navigating uncertainty, Hindustan Unilever chairman Nitin Paranjpe will talk about people-powered performance, and actor, podcaster and life coach Ashish Vidyarthi will discuss unlocking inner momentum.
Brand building will be addressed through a dedicated panel on creating iconic brands, moderated by Siddhi Shah of PrintStop. The panel brings together Mohit Jain, co-founder and CEO of Kimirica; Pritha Thadani, co-founder of Please See; and Siddhant Bhalinge, founder of Ugaoo, who will discuss design thinking, consumer behaviour and the evolving role of print in omnichannel storytelling.
One of the most anticipated segments, Mavericks, curated by Iqbal Kherodawala, will return to put the spotlight on unconventional achievers and real-world stories of reinvention that challenge traditional business thinking.
Adding humor and energy to the program, PS26 will feature satirist and broadcaster Cyrus Broacha alongside writer and television host Kunal Vijaykar, continuing BMPA’s tradition of blending insight with entertainment.
Bhotica told Indian Printer and Publisher that accessibility has improved for attendees, especially after new transport links to South Mumbai.
Beyond the summit itself, BMPA will also have a broader focus on addressing everyday challenges faced by printers. One key initiative is Stock Laabh, a new app and web platform aimed at helping printers monetize dead or unused paper stock within the BMPA network. The platform is expected to go live ahead of PS26 and is intended to convert idle inventory into working capital, improving operational efficiency for members.
In addition to world-class sessions, PS26 promises high-value networking, a buzzing expo zone, raffle draws, and a Gala Dinner that extends conversations well into the night.
