Goregaon East-based G Mahavir Digital is a prominent printing company in Mumbai city where premium quality commercial graphics are printed using a raft of advanced machines for production of a range of stunning end-products. It upgraded its fleet with the addition of a brand new Ricoh Pro C7500 digital color production press supplied and installed by Monotech Systems

Installation of the new Ricoh digital press has triggered G Mahavir Digital to work faster than earlier to deliver quality prints. Navin R Gala, proprietor of G Mahavir Digital, comments, “This all-new Ricoh Pro C7500 is second digital color production press from Monotech Systems at our facility. The first is the Ricoh Pro C7200X, which is bundled with the 5th Color Station to operate as an 11-color epitome (CMYK + gold, silver, white, clear, neon pink, neon yellow and invisible red),” he adds.

Over the last two decades, G Mahavir Digital has impressively been working for a mixed bag of customers around Mumbai city that include a host of big corporate companies from diverse sectors and walk-in individuals from different walks of life. “It takes time to win the trust and confidence of customers. We however have done it! We are capable to do it because we have a dedicated production team and a regularly upgraded line of best-in-class machines and equipment which now consists of the recently installed Ricoh Pro C7500,” Gala says.

On choosing the Ricoh Pro C7500, Gala says, “This new Ricoh digital press is the upgraded successor of the Ricoh Pro C7200X which is now running proficiently handling a wide color gamut in our facility. After all, Ricoh Pro C7500 has its own prowess in productivity,” he says, mentioning that the speed of this new press is commendable with many added capabilities like media versatility.

The Ricoh Pro C7500 can operate at an upgradable speed of 95 ppm, delivering graphic prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi. Media versatility of the machine is unrivalled as it flawlessly handles both lightweight and heavyweight stocks ranging from 40 gsm up to 470 gsm. Gala says the press’ capacity to handle thick media of 470 gsm enables them to create more new applications.

Further, the Ricoh Pro C7500 is equipped with EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers which improve efficiency and quality in print outputs. The Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers is designed to facilitate precise job management and color control. With this workflow software supporting the RICOH press’ variable data printing capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows, team G Mahavir Digital is now capable to engage in quick production of high-quality prints and personalized graphics.

Product portfolio of G Mahavir Digital primarily consists of lanyards, greeting cards, brochures, catalogues, etc. Gala says they look forward to expanding the portfolio with newer machines like the recently installed highly productive the Ricoh Pro C7500 for which he appreciates Monotech for the machine and matchless after-sales support.
