Valmet’s IQ quality control system to China’s Xinxiang Hongxiang Paper

Valmet has received an order for a Valmet IQ quality control system (QCS) from Xinxiang Hongxiang Paper in China. The investment includes an online moisture measurement after the press section, aiming at improving the operational efficiency of the PM 8, a high-speed board machine.

The order was included in Valmet’s orders received of the first quarter 2025. The value of the order will not be disclosed. The delivery will take place in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The delivery includes a Valmet IQ QCS system for a high-speed board machine. The scope also includes online moisture measurement after the press section, supporting the improvement of the operability of the paper machine.
