Dharam Reprographics is an established name in the competitive world of high-quality, on-demand commercial printing services in Delhi and NCR (National Capital Region), operating nine units under different names with well-equipped production setups that are continually upgraded. The latest upgrade was carried out at the company’s Nehru Place unit in Delhi, with the installation of a new Ricoh Pro C7500 digital color production press from Monotech Systems Limited.

Monotech Systems is an authorized representative of Ricoh and other reputed global brands in India. “The all new Ricoh Pro C7500 at our facility has enhanced our productivity,” says Ram Babu, manager, Dharam Reprographics.

“The Ricoh Pro C7500 at our Nehru Place unit is the first machine from Monotech Systems Limited. Along with the machine’s advancement, we are extremely satisfied with the supplier’s dedicated post-sales service and support. The machine is truly a production system capable of printing high-textured graphics. In addition to our usual printing of brochures, catalogs, fliers, inserts, cards, and such end products, we use the new Ricoh digital press to print special products such as certificates which feature unique textures.”

According to Babu, in addition to quality in prints and textures, the new Ricoh Pro C7500 at Dharam Reprographics has enhanced the overall production volume too. “Though it has been barely three months since we installed this new Ricoh production machine, it helps us tremendously magnify print volume on thicker media. On an average, we produce nearly 100,000 sheets per month now. We are certain that this count would be increased soon,” he mentions.

A robust digital workhorse, the Ricoh Pro C7500 is a perfectly engineered digital color production press with speed and media flexibility. Taking in a broad range of lightweight and heavyweight media of 40 gsm up to 470 gsm, it can operate at an upgradable speed of 95ppm, delivering graphic prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi. Allowing continuous printing with less frequent paper loading, this Ricoh digital press boasts a maximum input capacity of 16,200 sheets when configured with optional paper input trays.

In addition, Ricoh Pro C7500 is bundled with EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers to optimize print efficiency and quality. Intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers facilitates precise job management and color control, enabling quick production of personalized end products with the press’ variable data printing capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

A brainchild of Kasana brothers, Dharam Reprographics and its eight other sister concerns were established in the year 1985. Since then the units have been serving customers of all profiles and backgrounds, which consist of jobbers, corporate biggies, walk-in individuals, local businesses, etc. A collective strong team of 100 highly-skilled printing, production, and management employees manages the overall activities at the company’s nine units.
