Goregaon East (Mumbai)-based Inndus Cards & Gifts is a provider of diverse print applications and end products which are printed and produced using a fleet of advanced printing and finishing machines & equipment of different technologies and formats. The company boasts a robust portfolio of digital production presses that has recently been upgraded with the addition of a brand new Ricoh Pro C7500, a 5th color digital production press from Monotech Systems.

The new Ricoh Pro C7500 is one of the many machines Inndus Cards & Gifts has bought from Monotech Systems. “We have been closely partnered with Monotech Systems since the day we bought their indigenously manufactured PixelGlow Radiant Pro, Digital UV & foiling system a couple of years ago,” Shailesh Sharma, managing director, Inndus Cards & Gifts, says.

Sharing why they recently bought the Ricoh Pro C7500, Sharma explains, “We choose this Ricoh digital color production press to broaden the bandwidth of our clients by offering newer applications in larger volume. The beauty of this new Ricoh Pro C7500 in our facility is its productivity and media handling capacity, now churning out graphics vibrantly on substrates up to 470gsm and boosting our production volume at the same time.”

Sharma adds, “Taking the advancement and capability of the Ricoh Pro C7500, we are now focusing more on magnifying our short-run packaging jobs. In this, we are moving into the right direction with this new Ricoh digital colour production press, which is productive and delivering superb packaging prints to fascinate our existing clients and new ones alike. In a nutshell, we would say the Ricoh Pro C7500 is a ‘value for money’ machine for us.”

The Ricoh Pro C7500 is packed with advanced features to deliver crispy and colourful graphic prints in 2400x4800dpi, a leading resolution in the industry, at an upgradable speed of 95ppm. When it comes to media flexibility, it takes in the broadest stocks ranging from 40gsm up to 470gsm. In addition, the press’ additional 5th Color Station with 7 tonners is designed to add special textures and effects to graphic prints artistically, innovatively and impressively.

Moreover, the Ricoh Pro C7500 is driven by EFI Fiery  Digital Print Servers, an essential tool to optimize efficiency and quality in print operations nowadays. The servers’ intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation facilitates precise job management and color control, enabling quick production of personalized products with the press’ variable data printing capabilities in unmatched RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

“We feel privileged to own the Ricoh Pro C7500 now carrying our productivity and print quality forward,” remarks Sharma, adding, “Also, the after-sales support to the machine by the team Monotech Systems is laudable.” Currently, Inndus Cards & Gifts is offering a range of printed and fabricated products like paper bags, stickers, boxes, presentation folders, POS cut-outs, etc. for corporate biggies and others, judiciously managed and produced by a team of highly-skilled staff.
