MG Digital Press, a digital printing arm of Jaipur-based Anna Creation and Print Tech, is boosting its print volume with the installation of a brand new Ricoh Pro C9200. This is the second Ricoh digital color production press the company has bought from Monotech Systems, an Indian machine manufacturer and one-stop solution provider for the printing and packaging industry.

As an offset printing company, Anna Creation was established in 2006, afterwards introduced Print Tech in 2010 as its service bureau unit offering finest pre-press processing services to printing companies around Jaipur and its surrounding areas. MG Digital Press is the company’s third vertical, especially for digital printing. The two proprietors are at the helm of the company, Gautam Chaturvedi who takes care of Anna Creation and Manoj Kumar Jangid who looks after Print Tech.

“Currently, all our three divisions are increasingly doing well in business. MG Digital Press is leaping to next level for higher volume printing since demands from our customers keep increasing. For this, we were thinking of a digital production press capable of handling high-volume digital printing. Our choice finally came out as the Ricoh Pro C9200, a true digital color production press for high-volume printing, from Monotech Systems,” says Manoj Kumar.

“Ricoh Pro C9200 is our second digital production press from Monotech Systems. The first one is the Ricoh Pro C7500, which we installed in May 2024, with which we pushed the bar of creative and innovative graphic printing to a new height using the press’ 11-color printing capacity (CMYK + 7 tonners from the 5th color station). Now, our combination of Ricoh Pro C7500 for high-end print innovation and Ricoh Pro C9200 for high-volume print production makes completeness,” remarks Manoj Kumar.

Fully packed with advanced features, Ricoh Pro C9200 is ideally a production machine with maximum inputs of 18,100 sheets and capacity to run at the speed up to 115 ppm, delivering graphic print outputs including oversize banners in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400 × 4800 dpi, the press release stated. When it comes to media compatibility, it takes in magnets, synthetic, linen, and textured stocks up to 470 gsm.

Ricoh Pro C9200 is bundled with Efi Fiery digital print servers, which are crucial for optimizing efficiency and quality in today’s print operations. Fiery Command WorkStation in the servers facilitates precise job management and color control, enabling quick production of personalized end products with the digital color production press’ variable data printing (VDP) capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows, the release said.

“Following the installation of Ricoh Pro C9200, we now increase our monthly print volume from 1.25 lakh prints to 2 lakh prints. This is a great breakthrough we make with the new digital color production press,” informs Manoj Kumar, adding that MG Digital Press’ well-experienced team of ten printing and production staff is looking forward to further exploiting the press’ capacity with full support from the after-sales service team of Monotech Systems.
