Flint Group has announced the appointment of Pepijn Dinandt as chief executive officer (CEO), effective from 1 September 2024.

With 30 years of experience successfully leading organisations across various industries, Pepijn is a knowlegable and experienced leader. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and deliver outstanding results for shareholders. Furthermore, he has a proven track record in guiding companies through financial restructuring.

Pepijn Dinandt commented on his new role as Flint Group’s CEO, “I am thrilled to lead such a well-established and respected company as Flint Group. It is an honour to have been chosen to guide the organisation through its next chapter.

“Flint Group is not only a developer of inks and coatings for all printing processes and substrates but also delivers a unique service offering and digital press technology. In my new role, I am committed to advancing these efforts, ensuring Flint Group continues to lead the industry in sustainable innovation, service, and solutions.”

The group develops, manufactures and markets an extensive portfolio of printing consumables and equipment, including: a vast range of conventional and energy curable inks, coatings and additives for flexographic, gravure & offset applications; pressroom chemicals and printing blankets. It also designs and manufacturers digital printing presses for labels, corrugated packaging, document and commercial applications.
